I hope you can find a moment to watch and share "The Zionist Story"

I hope you can find a moment to watch The Zionist Story

The Zionist Story, an independent film by Ronen Berelovich, is the story of ethnic cleansing, colonialism and apartheid to produce a demographically Jewish State. Ronen successfully combines archival footage with commentary from himself and others such as Ilan Pappe, Terry Boullata, Alan Hart and Jeff Halper. "I have recently finished an independent documentary, The Zionist Story, in which I aim to present not just the history of the Israeli / Palestinian conflict, but also the core reason for it: the Zionist ideology, its goals (past and present) and its firm grip not only on Israeli society, but also, increasingly, on the perception of Middle East issues in Western democracies. These concepts have already been demonstrated in the excellent ' Occupation 101 'documentary made by Abdallah Omeish and Sufyan Omeish, but in my documentary I approach the subject from the perspective of an Israeli, ex-reserve soldier and someone who has spent his entire life in the shadow of Zionism. I hope you can find a moment to watch The Zionist Story and, if you like it, please feel free to share it with others. (As both the documentary and the archived footage used are for educational purposes only, the film can be freely distributed). I have made this documentary entirely by myself, with virtually no budget, although doing my best to achieve high professional standard, and I hope that this 'home-spun' production will be of interest to viewers. "- Ronen Berelovich.

Russia proposes a compromise: so the West can save face in Ukraine

Russia proposes a compromise: so the West can save face in Ukraine

The closer the elections in the DNI and LC, the more aggravated the political situation around Ukraine and New Russia. In the last article we wrote about the fact that a number of signs the US decided to freeze the conflict in the Donbass. Against the background of the events in Syria on their part it is a reasonable compromise: a year in the US presidential elections, and the presence of Ukrainian problems unsolved, and even more hot war, greatly worsen the situation of the Democrats.
In this connection, as to defeat the Donbass militarily impossible for the Democrats it is advisable to leave while in Ukraine it like it is presenting it as a success: Minsk agreement executed, Ukraine has maintained its "territorial integrity", and thus the victory over the "Russian aggression "won. Especially important it is the eve of the anniversary session of the UN General Assembly.
Russia proposes a compromise: the West can save face in Ukraine
Noteworthy publication in the "New York Times" Julianne Smith - director of the program strategy and governance at the Center for a New American Security and a former adviser to Vice President Joe Biden.
Publication is clearly aimed at Russia. Its content is to ensure that the United States cease to restrain Russia in Ukraine. Thus, Russia sent an unambiguous signal that the US really take a break and time to refuse from taking action in Ukraine in connection with Syria.
Smith writes that "the US will have with Russia to solve the Syrian issue, even though it is unpleasant", but it forced the United States to cease its efforts to "curb Russian aggression in Ukraine."
Thus, there is a change in American foreign policy. This is evidenced by the fact that the US has directly accused Kiev of corruption. But US ambassador to Ukraine Jeffrey Payette altogether ... Ukrainian Prosecutor General's Office accused of undermining the anti-corruption reforms. "Instead of having to support reforms in Ukraine and to work towards the eradication of corruption, corrupt pests PGO worsen things, openly and aggressively undermining reforms", - said the American ambassador. But such statements are just not done.
Вместо "размена Сирии на Украину" Россия наступает и в Сирии, и на УкраинеInstead of "exchange of Syria to Ukraine" and Russian comes to Syria, and Ukraine
At the same time, a strategic US not interested in such a development, since it is only the beginning of the reconstruction of Ukraine, which Russia will not back down. Therefore, in contrast to the DNI and LC Kiev's actions are inconsistent, despite its apparent intransigence.
Europe urges Kiev to perform in Minsk-2, and the US as well, but in fact are playing a double game. For this reason, from Kiev now and then heard contradictory statements. Since September 20, which occupies the presidency Ukrainian oligarch Valtsman (Poroshenko) said that "in the near future to announce the mobilization I have no plans."
"If they continue the peace process and we will be the withdrawal of foreign troops from the territory of Ukraine, the return of control over Ukrainian state border, we can reduce the amount of mobilization", - said Valtsman.
A day later, at a meeting with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, the oligarch also acknowledged unwillingness of Ukraine to join the alliance, vaguely referring to the fact that "everything must be done to change the Ukraine to become a member of the European Union." The same is said and Stoltenberg.
But such statements consistently with deeds, because Ukraine is not necessary to take NATO official, when installed over her American protectorate. After all, in parallel with the Ukraine and NATO signed a declaration on strengthening military-technical cooperation.

Columnist NYP Michael Goodwin: Putin again outsmarted and beat Obama in the Syrian issue

Columnist NYP Michael Goodwin: Putin again outsmarted and beat Obama in the Syrian issue

Columnist NYP: Obama is trying to hide how badly Putin outplayed him Press office of the White House on the eve of the meeting of the Presidents of the USA and Russia, Barack Obama and Vladimir Putin has decided to create for Obama as much as possible the hard way, but all attempts to the administration of US President in vain, writes columnist New York Post by Michael Goodwin.

Earlier, a spokesman for the White House, spokes-clown Josh Ernest, "in a ridiculous attempt to" reduce the intensity of geopolitical conflict, said that it was Vladimir Putin has sought dialogue with Barack Obama and a meeting was scheduled only after "several inquiries" from the Russian side. "Without a doubt the fear gets to the Kremlin, and Putin shakes.

Barack Obama is very angry with him and now alerts the whole world! But Putin also knows something. The aggressive rhetoric - the only weapon that Obama is ready to use, because he sent his malchika- Messenger (Josh Ernest - approx. Ed.) exaggerated. So that the press did not notice how much Putin again outsmarted and beat Obama in the Syrian issue, "- the article says. According to observers, between Russia and Iran could be contracted support for Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, the final decision on joining efforts could be made in the final days of international negotiations on Iran's nuclear program.

According to Michael Goodwin, now Russia is sending to Syria military equipment, aircraft and military experts in the United States may soon see military coordination in a trilateral format - with the participation of Russia, Iran and Syria. Such a coalition would fight not only against the extremist group "Islamic State" (IG), and, most likely, against the Syrian rebels, for whose support the US provided is believed to be tens of millions of dollars. As suggested by the browser, the position of Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian in the Syrian issue shows how "a little afraid of it, or respect for Obama", and "childish ridicule the White House Obama shows weakness."

If the meeting Barack Obama and Vladimir Putin will be some "progress", only one-sided. US will approach even closer to the adoption of that Assad will remain in power, despite the fact that Obama believes that the president should leave. In addition, Iran will understand that the United States tacitly endorsed expanding its influence and its nuclear program, said Michael Goodwin.

UK Ready to Cooperate With Russia in Fight Against ISIL

UK Prime Minister David Cameron's spokesperson said that the Islamic State (ISIL) jihadist militant poses threat as much to Russia as it does to Europe and London should be able to find a way forward to work together with Russia in fight against ISIL.

LONDON (Sputnik) — London is ready to cooperate with Moscow in the fight against the Islamic State (ISIL) jihadist militant organization, UK Prime Minister David Cameron's spokesperson said on Sunday.
“We are clear ISIL [IS] poses a threat as much to Russia as it does to Europe and other countries around the world and therefore we should be able to find a way forward to work together,” the spokesperson told journalists.
A US-led coalition against the ISIL, comprised of 62 nations including the United Kingdom, has been engaged in military actions since August 2014. The coalition’s actions have not been authorized by the United Nations.
On Thursday, the Russian Foreign Ministry announced it is discussing the creation of a greater coalition to fight the Islamic State than the one led by the United States. The broader coalition would use force under the permission of the UN Security Council.
According to a military-diplomatic source, Russia, Syria, Iran and Iraq recently created an information center in the Iraqi capital of Baghdad to coordinate the fight against the ISIL extremists.

The Russians are Coming! Fox News Declares Syria Putin’s New Crimea

Fox News keeps fear-mongering about the Russian military buildup in Syria.

Mi-24
This time the network has come up with another bit of "news", which actually isn't news at all: there is Russian military equipment in Syria.
The channel "discovered" that four Russian helicopters were spotted in a Syrian airport. Read and spell: four Russian helicopters. Oh, my God!
According to Fox News, an unknown US official told them that “two Russian Mi-24 ‘Hind’ and two Mi-17 ‘Hip’ gunships have been seen in the latest satellite imagery over Bassel Al-Assad International Airport.”
Sounds scary, eh? Sounds like those “bad” Russians are up to no good in Syria flying around in their military helicopters.
Well, except the Pentagon admitted that Russia didn’t send any combat planes or strike helicopters to the area. This means either Fox News simply outright lied about it or they have better intelligence sources in the Middle East than the Pentagon. Something tells us it’s the former, considering Fox News doesn’t even know where Egypt is on the map.
The truth is there are a lot more than just four Russian helicopters in Syria, as Moscow and Damascus have been long-time political and economic allies, and Russia provided Syria with arms, equipment and military personnel training for a long time.
Besides, Russian military experts are currently in Syria, providing training for the Syrian army and teaching them how to use Russian military hardware.
"There are Russian military personnel in Syria, they have been there for several years. Their presence is tied to the deliveries of arms for the Syrian Army that is taking the brunt in the fight against terrorism from the Islamic State and other extremist groups, so Russian military personnel are there in order to help the Syrians master the equipment and prepare it for use in the anti-terrorist fight," Sergei Lavrov, Russian foreign minister, said on September, 10.
These are known facts that aren’t secret to anybody, except for Fox News, as it turns out.

Putin’s Line in the Sand: No Regime Change in #Syria | by MIKE WHITNEY

Putin’s Line in the Sand: No Regime Change in Syria

“Obama administration officials, who have been negotiating with Turkey for months, said Thursday that they had reached an agreement for manned and unmanned American warplanes to carry out aerial attacks on Islamic State positions from air bases at Incirlik and Diyarbakir. The agreement was described by one senior administration official as a “game changer.”
New York Times, July 23, 2015
The Syrian war can divided into two parts: The pre-Incirlik period and the post-Incirlik period. The pre-Incirlik period is roughly the four year stretch during which US-backed Islamic militias and al Qaida-linked groups fought the Syrian army with the intention of removing President Bashar al Assad from power. This first phase of the war ended in a draw.
The post-Incirlik period looks like it could produce an entirely different outcome due to the fact that the US will be able to deploy its drones and warplanes from a Turkish airbase (Incirlik) that’s just 15 minutes flying-time from Syria. That will boost the number of sorties the USAF can able to carry out while increasing the effectiveness of its jihadi forces on the ground which will conduct their operations under the protection of US air cover. This will greatly improve their chances for success.
The New York Times calls the Incirlik deal a “game-changer” which is an understatement. By allowing US F-16s to patrol the skies over Syria, Washington will impose a de facto no-fly zone over the country severely limiting Assad’s ability to battle the US-backed militias that have seized large swaths of the countryside and are now descending on Damascus. And while the war cannot be won by airpower alone, this new tactical reality tilts the playing field in favor the jihadis. In other words, the Incirlik agreement changes everything.
putin-assad_2577178b
The Obama administration now believes that regime change is within its reach. Yes, they know it will require some back-up from US Special Forces and Turkish combat troops, but it’s all doable.  This is why Obama has shrugged off Russia’s plan for a transitional government or for forming a coalition to defeat ISIS.  The US doesn’t have to compromise on these matters because, after all, it has a strategically-located airbase from which it can protect its proxy-army, bomb cross-border targets, and control the skies over Syria. All Obama needs to do is intensify the war effort, put a little more pressure on Assad, and wait for the regime to collapse. This is why we should expect a dramatic escalation as we begin Phase 2 of the conflict.
Russian President Vladimir Putin knows this, which is why he’s sending more weapons, supplies and advisors to Syria. He’s signaling to Washington that he knows what they’re up to and that he’ll respond if they carry things too far. In an interview with Russia’s state Channel 1, Putin said, “We have our ideas about what we will do and how we will do it in case the situation develops toward the use of force or otherwise. We have our plans.”
The administration is very nervous about Putin’s plans which is why they keep probing to see if they can figure out what he has up his sleeve. Just days ago,  Secretary of State John Kerry phoned his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov to express his concerns about “an imminent enhanced Russian military buildup” in Syria. The call was a clumsy attempt to trick Lavrov into volunteering information that might shed light on what Moscow intends to do if Washington goes ahead with its regime change strategy.  But Russia’s foreign minister didn’t take the bait. He stuck to his script and didn’t tell Kerry anything he didn’t already know.
But the fact is, Putin is not going to allow Assad to be removed by force. It’s that simple. Obama and his advisors suspect this, but they are not 100 percent certain so they keep looking for confirmation one way or the other. But Putin is not going to provide a clear answer because he doesn’t want to tip his hand or appear confrontational. But that doesn’t mean he’s not resolute. He is, and Washington knows it. In effect, Putin has drawn a line in the sand and told the US that if they cross that line, there’s going to trouble.
So it’s up to Obama really. He can either seek a peaceful solution along the lines that Moscow has recommended or push for regime change and risk a confrontation with Russia. Those are the two choices.
Unfortunately, Washington doesn’t have an “off” switch anymore, so changing policy is really not in the cards. Instead, the US war machine will continue to lumber ahead erratically until it hits an impasse and sputters to a halt. Once again, the immovable object will prevail over the unstoppable force (as it did in Ukraine), albeit at great cost to the battered people of Syria, their nation and the entire region.
Keep in mind, that the imperial plan for Syria is subtler than many people realize. As the Brookings Institute’s Michael E. O’Hanlon states in his piece titled “Deconstructing Syria: A new strategy for America’s most hopeless war”:
“The plan… would not explicitly seek to overthrow him (Assad), so much as deny him control of territory that he might still aspire to govern again. The autonomous zones would be liberated with the clear understanding that there was no going back to rule by Assad or a successor. In any case, Assad would not be a military target under this concept, but areas he currently controls… would be. And if Assad delayed too long in accepting a deal for exile, he could inevitably face direct dangers to his rule and even his person.” (“Deconstructing Syria: A new strategy for America’s most hopeless war”, Michael E. O’Hanlon, Brookings Institute)
This is the basic plan: To seize major cities and large parts of the countryside,  disrupt supply-lines and destroy vital civilian infrastructure, and to progressively undermine Assad’s ability to govern the country. The ultimate goal is to break the state into a million disconnected enclaves ruled by armed mercenaries, al Qaida-linked affiliates, and local warlords. This is Washington’s diabolical plan for Syria. It is strikingly similar to the Zionist plan to “effect the division of the whole area into small states by the dissolution of all existing Arab states.” (“The Zionist Plan for the Middle East”, Israel Shahak) In fact, it is virtually identical.
It’s clear that Obama is emboldened by the Incirlik deal and believes that, with Turkey’s help, he can achieve US imperial ambitions in Syria. But it’s not going to happen.  Russia, Iran and Hezbollah are prepared to defend their ally Assad and stop Washington dead-in-its-tracks.  Obama will have succeeded in destroying another sovereign nation and scattering its people across the Middle East and Europe. But the US mission will fall short of its original objectives. There will be no regime change in Syria. Putin, Nasrallah and Khamenei will make sure of it.

Refugees as Weapon – and Germany shifting Alliances? By Peter Koenig

Refugees as Weapon – and Germany shifting Alliances?

Germany alongside Russia might indeed defend and help preserve the Assad government, together with Iran the two stabilizing factors in the Middle East.
Syrian refugee camp in Turkey - Turkish authorities have announced that hundreds of refugees who have set up camp on a main road at Edirne near the Greek border will be forcibly removed in three days if they refuse to leave.
Syrian refugee camp in Turkey – Turkish authorities have announced that hundreds of refugees who have set up camp on a main road at Edirne near the Greek border will be forcibly removed in three days if they refuse to leave.

by Peter Koenig

“Turkey has eagerly opened her gates to two million refugees to house them in refugee camps which were funded with up to 6 billion US dollars – not for reasons of altruism, but to use them jointly with the US, NATO and the EU as a geopolitical weapon.” – The German konjunktion.info network.
This is a plausible scenario. Turkey practiced since many years a suspicious ‘open door’ policy towards refugees, amassing hundreds of thousands in fully financed and well organized refugee camps. During a recent visit to Bodrum, Turkey (Turkish transit city to Kos, Greece), I was told, to better control the flow of refugees, i.e. the exit from Turkey, Erdogan’s Government has eliminated most refugee camps along the Turkish border, shifting them to huge camps near Istanbul. Source: ActivistPost.com
These camps are part of a long-term strategy to justify the creation of ‘safe heavens’ in northern Syria which eventually would serve the invasion of NATO and their terrorist proxies – ISIS-Daesh. Once in the country they would be able to move towards Damascus to carry out the long-planned ‘regime change’ – toppling the Government of democratically elected Bashar Al-Assad.
Syrians celebrate President Bashar al-Assad's election victory in this photo .
Syrians celebrate President Bashar al-Assad’s election victory in this photo .
On 3 June 2014 Bashar al-Assad was elected with almost 90% of the votes which was considered as “free, fair and transparent” by international observers, although Washington and its EU vassals dismissed them as illegitimate. Bashar Al-Assad’s popularity is still today above 75%.
This diabolical plan was developed by the neocon Brookings Institute already in 2012.
Memo # 21 of the Brookings Middle Eastern Saban Center bears the titleAssessing Options for Regime Change. A more recent report entitledDeconstructing Syria: Towards a regionalized strategy for a confederal country – describes how “moderate elements establish reliable safe zones within Syria once they were able. American, as well as Saudi and Turkish and British and Jordanian and other Arab forces would act in support, not only from the air but eventually on the ground via the presence of special forces[meaning ISIS-Daesh – author’s observation] as well. The approach would benefit from Syria’s open desert terrain which could allow creation of buffer zones that could be monitored for possible signs of enemy attack through a combination of technologies, patrols, and other methods that outside special forces could help Syrian local fighters set up.”
As a parallel or backup plan, the unholy alliance between Washington, NATO andTurkey agreed to open Turkey’s flood gates for refugees, actually promoting the exodus to gain free reign in the safe heavens and to build up a mass of refugees – most of whom want to flee to Germany – which in the right moment could be let go and cause the right pressure or destabilization effects in Europe. Well, this is just happening.
Germany Opens Borders For Syrian Refugees.
Germany Opens Borders For Syrian Refugees.
Within the space of a week or so, Germany has taken some drastic and controversial actions. The first of them looks like a 180 degree U-turn vis-à-vis its refugee policy, specially towards Syrian refugees, by opening its borders to 800,000 or more refugees, mostly Syrians, until the end 0f 2015. This sudden welcome to refugees surprised many Germans who were demonstrating for a more humane refugee policy.
Almost simultaneously Germany re-introduced border controls – stepping over one of the key Schengen agreements of ‘open borders’, fearing infiltration of disproportionate numbers of non-Syrians and of ISIS or other jihadist cells or groupings. Such destabilizing US trained and funded groups are known to be already lodged in Europe, if necessary to be ready to manipulate elections or organize mass demonstrations, à la Arab Spring and more recently Ukraine. One of Washington’s most notorious organizations to sponsor such destabilizing groupings is the National Endowment for Democracy (NED) which receives hundreds of millions of dollars from the State Department.
NED is responsible for destabilizing or attempting to destabilize, dozens of countries around the globe, including Venezuela, Ecuador, Brazil, Argentina, Sudan, Syria, Lebanon, Iran – and many more.
We easily forget or often can’t believe the limitless evilness of the Washington neoliberal empire which functions with absolute impunity of lawlessness and without scruples to reach world hegemony. Even that will not be enough, since it feeds on constant wars and conflicts – a must to sustain its economy that depends on the war industry. We forget or can’t believe it, because the mainstream media which it also controls – ‘it’ being the Zionist-Anglo-Saxon financial and media tail that moves the US war dog – brainwash us daily with lies and distorted news, impressing us of the empire’s goodness, denigrating all those who are seeking a peaceful and harmonic living-together of sovereign nations.
For example, today, 16 September, the NY Times reports
The recent deployment of Russian weapons and equipment to Syria has brought to a head a conflict that has dominated the Obama administration since Mr. Putin’s return to the presidency, the choice between engaging with Russia [meeting with Putin] and trying to isolate it.”- Do you see one word on how the Obama Administration together with its Middle-Eastern proxies, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Turkey, to just name the most important ones, have financed and armed ISIS-Daesh, destroying homes, towns, cultures and livelihoods, as well as killing thousands of Syrians, Iraqis, Afghans, Libyans, Yemenis – causing the survivors to flee their countries?
– Nope. Zilch.
The article goes on claiming that many [of the US-Zionist elite – author’s remark] “worry that agreeing to meet would only play into Mr. Putin’s hands and reward an international bully.” – When the only world bully spreading endless terror throughout the globe is Obama and his minions in the Americas (only a few), Europe (all of it) and Asia (a few but growing).
That’s not all. The NYT offers more wisdom.
“The move by Russia to bolster the government of President Bashar al-Assad, who has resisted Mr. Obama’s demand to step down for years, underscored the conflicting approaches to fighting the Islamic State terrorist organization.”

– Who in havens is Obama to request a democratically elected leader of a sovereign country to step down? – Does it ever occur to the readers of the NYT and the like to question such statements of absolute illegality? – Does it ever occur to western audiences that this type of hegemonic arrogance could be turned on its head? – Wouldn’t Syria’s Bashar Al-Assad, whose country has suffered Washington directed bloody atrocities for years, have the same right to ask for the western hegemonic royal, Obama, to step down? – How would such an equal presumption come across?

On 15 September, the Collective Security Treaty Organization’s (CSTO) Security Council held a summit in Dushanbe, Tajikistan, with the main focus of seeking an effective response to the biggest current military and political challenges, including an upsurge in activity by terrorist and extremist groups and destabilization of the situation on the CSTO countries’ borders. CSTO members include Russia, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan.
In his speech before the CSTO Council Mr. Putin said –
The state of affairs there [in the region including Afghanistan, Iraq and Syria] is very serious. The so-called Islamic State controls significant stretches of territory in Iraq and Syria. Terrorists are already publicly stating that they have targets set on Mecca, Medina and Jerusalem. Their plans include expanding activities to Europe, Russia, Central and Southeast Asia.
We are concerned by this; especially since militants undergoing ideological indoctrinations and military training by ISIS come from many nations around the world – including, unfortunately, European nations, the Russian Federation, and many former Soviet republics. And, of course, we are concerned by their possible return to our territories.
Basic common sense and a sense of responsibility for global and regional security require the international community to join forces against this threat. We need to set aside geopolitical ambitions, leave behind so-called double standards and the policy of direct or indirect use of individual terrorist groups to achieve one’s own opportunistic goals, including changes in undesirable governments and regimes.
As you know, Russia has proposed rapidly forming a broad coalition to counteract the extremists. It must unite everyone who is prepared to make, or is already making, an input into fighting terrorism, just as Iraq and Syria’s armed forces are doing today. We support the Syrian government – I want to say this – in countering terrorist aggression. We provide and will continue to provide the necessary military technology assistance and urge other nations to join in.
Coming back to Germany’s bold and controversial actions: As reported by Deutsche WirtschaftsNachrichten (DWN) on 12 September 2015,
In a surprise move Germany left the anti-Putin-alliance formed by the USA: Germany is now officially welcoming Moscow’s readiness to act in Syria and is starting an initiative together with the Russians and the French to bring an end to the war. This is to stop the constant stream of refugees. Germany has ordered thousands of soldiers into readiness.”http://www.sott.net/article/301791-Germany-moves-away-from-the-US-anti-Putin-alliance-and-joins-forces-with-Russia-in-coalition-to-defeat-ISIS
Heeding Vladimir Putin’s call for joint action against the Islamic State and its affiliate terror organizations, and facing a new Washington-NATO-Turkey created weapon of destabilization – the “refugee missile” –it may not be coincidence that Germany once again over-steps her Constitution, prepared to launching war from its territory, to fight alongside Russia – NOT alongside Washington – the western created ISIL-Daesh terrorism.
German Chancellor Angela Merkel says her country and other western European powers need Russia to resolve the ongoing crisis in Syria.

Germany may have finally understood the deadly two-faced hypocrisy of the White House: funding and supporting the monster with one hand – and fighting it with the other; using the ‘safe heavens’ for cursory attacks on ISIS but in reality to advance towards Damascus. Such two-sided strategies are of course not new. The self-proclaimed master of the universe has been doing this for at least 100 years, including in both world wars.

If French President Hollande, who has already declared he would send his war jets to fight the Islamic State terror is joining Germany on the side of Russia – and if other Europeans might follow – it could mean an instrumental shift in geopolitics which is further illustrated by the Saudis rapprochement to Russia (http://www.globalresearch.ca/western-sanctions-on-russia-russia-china-cooperation-a-tectonic-shift-of-the-global-economy/5473158), as well as by the so-called ‘nuclear deal’ with Iran. This landmark decision by the P5+1 states (China, France, Russia, the United Kingdom, and the United States; plus Germany) is widely considered by the world at large as a new Middle East opening, no matter Netanyahu’s protests and the US Congress’ possible objections. The deal is already having its impact. Despite US ‘sanctions’ still in place, new diplomatic and business prospectors are flocking to Iran from all over the world.

Germany is still host to the largest US air force base in Europe, Ramstein, from where most of the United States global drone programs are coordinated and executed. Tens of thousands of people are being killed from a US base in Germany – whose Constitution forbids war-type aggressions from its territory. A huge anti-Ramstein demonstration is being planned for the end September. Germans awareness is raised to the point where the neocon Zionist Washington hegemon’s killing machine is no longer tolerated.
Germany alongside Russia might indeed defend and help preserve the Assad government, together with Iran the two stabilizing factors in the Middle East. It might also signal for Europe a gradual move away from hostility and economic isolation against Russia.
The shift may be marked by Europe’s distancing itself from the US-western dominated sinking ship where the fiat money system of dollars and euros is doomed. Instead it might open the doors for new relations with the East – towards the new Silk Road offered in March 2014 by Chinese President Xi Jinping to Madame Merkel. Once the threshold of this new open door has been crossed, a myriad of new economic and monetary opportunity might break the dollar-euro strangleholds.
